We are registered with the Institute of Certified Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK) Registration Reference 10434, Auditing & Accounting Practicing Certificate by ICPAK Reference P/2089. We are registered with the Kenya Revenue Authority Reference No. A002402684R we are also an accredited SACCO /SASRA auditor.

Warren & Associates CPA (K) is a duly registered professional services firm whose partners are members of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK) and in good standing. The firm has been offering audit & assurance, and financial consultancy services since 2014 when it was registered by ICPAK. We have in the past worked with local and international NGOs, donor funded projects, Cooperative Societies, Limited Liability Companies and Quasi Government Bodies. We emphasize on timely delivery on all our assignments. In every engagement, we ensure that value is created for our clients by engaging them at all stages of execution. We also give a report to the management delineating areas we feel should be improved.
Our Team
Our team members consisting of 15 employees and 2 partners are professionals who are highly qualified and experienced, and who have an established track record in their respective areas of expertise. Where necessary, we draw additional support from our pool of external consultants to ensure that all areas of the assignment are accomplished effectively.
Our Strategy
At Warren & Associates CPA (K), we believe that a complete understanding of clients’ accounting and management needs is the only sound basis for the provision of quality audit, accountancy, tax and advisory services. We hold detailed discussions with management in an attempt to understand clearly the strengths and weaknesses of the existing systems. We make sure that all engaged staff including the partner, acquire maximum understanding of the systems and problems while retaining the necessary independence and professional objectivity required for successful work.
A work plan is formulated for each assignment, which is directed by the partner, assisted by an experienced staff. The partner ensures that all tasks of the assignment are performed effectively and are well coordinated
We have established excellent working relationships with government departments, commercial banks, corporate and other consultants. These working relationships are useful for information gathering and soliciting assistance to facilitate carrying out our assignments
Our principal activity revolves around statutory and non statutory audits, financial accounting and management services. After the completion of each assignment, a letter of system weaknesses and inefficiencies is prepared for the client. The aim of this letter is to highlight to the client any weaknesses observed in the internal control systems, with practical recommendations for improvements.
